The recent pick-up in mergers and acquisitions has spilled over into MedTech companies too, with Covidien (COV) announcing the purchase of Aspect Medical (ASPM) in late September and Kimberly-Clark (KMB) announcing the purchase of I-Flow Corp (IFLO) last week.
