Preliminary deletions from Russell 2000 (2009 reconstitution)
Russell has published its preliminary deletion list for the 2009 reconstitution of the Russell 3000 index.  The Russell 3000 index includes both the smallcap Russell 2000 and the largecap Russell 1000 index, so the table below includes a few stocks that are currently in the Russell 1000, but lost so much market cap. that they don’t even qualify for the Russell 2000 anymore.
