Submission Agreement
In exchange for PhatInvestor's consideration of the site I am submitting, I agree - To indemnfiy PhatInvestor and it's owners against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, related in any way to your use of PhatInvestor.com
- To waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of this or any other site in the PhatInvestor Directory or to the title or description of any site appearing in the PhatInvestor Directory; and
- To grant PhatInvestor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission.
To grant PhatInvestor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, incorporate all or part of the data available as feed from the specified feed url.
I also acknowledge that PhatInvestor has unfettered editorial discretion to determine the structure and content of the directory and that, because a site's placement in the directory is subject to change or deletion at any time, I may not rely on any aspect of a site's inclusion in the directory. (i.e. "submission" means the title and descriptive information you supply for your site, not the actual website or its contents). I also PhatInvestor may choose to use the title & description i supply or may choose to replace it with representative title and description as they see fit for the blog's entry as it appears in the PhatInvestor directory.
